I bought these last week to go on my yet to be delivered 65 C10. Are these going to work? I've seen others with rings in the back that reduce the ID.

Don't know do the wheels have the nubs or clips,guess it depends on if there for 15" or 16"...there for the nubs..

yep, they look correct for 15" nub wheels, if that is in fact what you have (i can't quite tell in the pic)

The somewhat close up pic of the front wheel looks like a clip style wheel from what I can see.

Pictured below is a 16" wheel with clips, also came in 15". Your caps would not work on this style wheel. Your front drivers side wheel looks like this one. Your front passenger side looks like a nub style wheel however.

10 3/16 diameter is for the nub style wheel 6 lug 5.5" bolt circle.
7 5/8" diameter 15"/ 16" clip style wheel 6 lug 5.5".

Well, I just found out the truck gets delivered Friday! Apparently there is an extra wheel in the bed, so I'll cross my fingers that I have a set of what I need. If not, I'll have some hubcaps to trade!

Yes, its frustrating. I bought 2 original "clip" style caps, and my wheels have the "nubs".

Are there clip style wheels for the half ton? I thought the clip style was only on the c20. ive also seen 2 different diameters for the clip style cap. Which i thought were for the 17.5 rims. I have caps for both the clip and nubs.

I've got some 15" with clips. I think they were pre' 62 maybe? Thought the nubs started in early to mid 60's.

I have it in my mind that 64-66 is the nub style for 1/2 tons. I dont know that as fact tho.

I'll update with pics as soon as I get the truck. From my pics, it looks like there are at least three different colour wheels on it, so it could be a mix of anything.

It's official, I bought the wrong caps. All five of my 15" wheels have the clips on them. Got the truck home to my place yesterday. Excuse the sand all over it, it was trucked up north from Arkansas through bad weather. Forgot to take a closeup of the wheels, but I will tomorrow. The centers are the same as those 17.5s, but only three clips per wheel. You can sort of see it in the pic.

Jayoldschool, I have some origonal wheels from my 66 that your caps will fit on, if interested I can get you some pics, they are in very good condition not rusted or pitted. Painted black.

Yeah - I'd recommend going ahead and getting stock wheels so you can use your caps (and other caps if you like) rather than trying to get caps for your clip wheels.

However, consider whether or not you ever plan to do a disk brake swap - because pre-71 6 luggers do not clear disks. If yes to the latter, you'll want 71-87 K10 or K5 (1/2 ton 4x4) steelies (assuming you want to retain 6 lug on the front because you'll still have em on the back and I always hated the idea of needing 2 spares if I mixed em 5/6 lug front/rear).

My 16 inch wheels have 3 Clips on them. They came with a 62K10 I once owned.
