Original Guage Restoration
There was someone on here that was restoring the guages on our trucks. Polishing the bulb sockets and stuff like that. He was doing some really good work.
Can someone point me in the right direction please. I have the bulb sockets and wiring that came off my 66 guage cluster that I no longer need and would like to donate it to the cause. It's not in the greatest shape but I figure it could be restored and used. Let me know. I'll cover shipping. Thanks.

Re: Original Guage Restoration
LDO, that was me. I appreciate the offer! I've already restored the harness for my cluster though, and I don't plan on building another anytime soon so I don't need another harness. And... I already have the problem of too many extra parts laying around... Again, appreciate the offer but I'd rather see it go to someone that could use it.
Lugnutz65, your cluster works good! I quoted the info you sent me on the aluminum foil tape for the light tubes and added it to the resto thread. Thanks again!

Re: Original Guage Restoration
No worries astronaut, your attention to detail on that thread was pretty impressive!
Lugnutz - Not looking to restore, just offering up spare parts to someone (anyone) who may need them. So if anyone can use or needs a guage light harness for parts, etc. Hit me up and it's yours. Semper Fi! LDO
