Question Vacuum Advance

Well, heres the scoop. Ive been noticing a humming noise from under the hood for the past couple of days. This evening i popped the hood and took the air cleaner off so i could better locate this "humming". Come to find out after pulling a vacuum line off, its the advance making this noise. Do you guys know what could be causing this? A stuck diaphram maybe? Since I've owned the truck (about 2 years) ive replaced it once. Do they go out this quickly? Thanks for the info!

Aaron

Talking

The diaphragms can go out pretty fast. Check it for leaks.
