Start Of A Wood Floor

I'm no carpenter. But my son-in-law is a pro and has the tools. So, I borrowed them, grabbed the excess wood flooring from the house install, and started to hack on it today.

I know this is a short-term wood bed. But for forty bucks in screws, aluminum and some bed spray to clean up the existing liner, it'll be a wood floor that will work for a while...I run a tonneau 95% to 99% of the time, anyway.

I may get some stainless strips to protect the wood from what little I carry back there from time-to-time.

Just a fun garage project for little dough.

Hmmm... I still have some of that granite tile from the remodel...

Looks good so far!
