Is this a GMC or Chevy front clip?
Hey guys,
Just picked up this 70 Chevy k20. There's something a bit off about the front clip. The bottom of the grille doesn't line up with the fenders. Also, the hood has a bunch of holes that I bet are for GMC letters. Any glue as to what I have? What year fenders and hood will work with my 70 grille?

The hood definitely had GMC on it. But, I can't tell if someone just put a GMC hood on a Chevy, or a Chevy grille on a GMC, and then removed the hood letters. These grilles don't line up perfectly regardless. And, they especially don't when someone runs into something, so that might come in to play here

From the looks if the front edge of the fender and the holes were the gmc grille trim would bolt up I'd say yes it's a 69-72 gmc hood and 68-72 gmc or 68 chevy fenders. Can you see were the core support has been modified from 4 headlights to 2 if they didn't use a chevy core support
