Re: Dragmars

I've only seen one truck that it looks good on.

This one isn't it.

Personally I would have to believe that you need a highly modified truck to be able to carry it off and not have the big bumper look like it was stuck on as an afterthought.

On the green truck in your photo it's part of the whole package of chopped top, sectioned hood and other custom tricks and flows into the build fairly well. On the black truck I posted above it's just something they added to the truck because they thought the cool guys used them and it doesn't fit the looks of the truck at all.

48 Chev 3100 that will run a 292 Six.
71 GMC 2500 that is getting a Cad 500 transplant.
77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.

Dagmars

They are called Dagmars!
Named after a female comedic entertainer from the 50's called Dagmar...she had great big "@@" eyes if you know what I mean!
If I ever get around to making up some brackets I'll be installing mine from a 1957 Cadillac.
I like the look, here's a couple I've saved..
