'64-66 Chevy + 2-door Tahoe= Interesting

Well this is interesting to say the least, & I can't recall having seen it before. I recently bought a '97 Tahoe (2dr/2wd), so I was browsing for pictures on Yahoo when I came across this. Even though I'm a big fan of the '88-98 Chevy/GMC full-size body style, along with the 60-66's, I just don't think the two mesh very well. I know there was a green '88-98 C-1500 I've seen with a similar conversion.

Looks like nice work, but the lines don't at all match...

I agree, someone does nice work. excellent body panel gaps. However the two different styles done mesh well. Speaking specifically about the "style", it looks Goofy to me.

I have seen that some where as a conversion kit that you could buy. I don't remember where since I couldn't stand the look. It just doesn't go together.

The green shorty stepside isn't too bad, since it at least carries a resemblence of the body lines thru the side and has the 'right" rear fenders.

The look is not my style, but the production quality looks to be top notch.

All that money spent, you might be better off starting with an original????
