I wouldn't want to offend our brothers down in Houston, but it's been my experience that one place in Texas that produces a steady supply of rusty trucks is Houston.

Lots of patina but pretty cancerous too, I'd pass on that one.

My first truck was a 78 Silverado that was sold new in Houston. At some point in its life it was brought to Austin, but whatever time it had spent in Houston was just enough to get the cancer started.
