Does anyone know the number for the installation kit of a grant steering wheel for our turcks? I got one and put it on, but I don't think the collar thing was supposed to be this tight (I can't get it off again). Well it's on for good now. Is there some trick to getting the horn button to stay on? I can't get it to catch on the horn ring. I hope this makes sense.

I wish I had encouraging news for you. I tried a Grant wheel a year ago and after trying to get the horn button hooked up for about 4 hours, I gave up in disgust, took it back and got a refund. I know some of the guys on here have gotten them to work and some have quit like I did. Try a search on Grant wheels and see what you can find. Good luck.

I'll have to take a look at the box when I get home, Monday, but mine went together just fine, and works just fine. I can get you the kit number that I used.

Mine worked great. Went together first time no problems. I used basic kit 3163. and a Challenger model wheel.

disconnect your horn and put pins thru the holes and pop the horn cap over the contact plate. it should just push right on. once you put the wheel adaptor on you will need a wheel puller to get it off again or cut it off and but a new kit.
