57 3100 i beam question

would a 49 chevy 3100 and a 57 3100 i beam be the same

if not whats different? would it still mount to 57 truck?

in other words will the 49 i beam and spindles fit a 57?

Can't use an AD axle on a Task Force truck

The AD frame is tapered as are the spring mounts on the axle The AD springs are narrower than 57. The 57 frame is straight as are the spring mounts on the axle. I forget which but one axle is narrower than the other.

The spindles are different enough that they will not work either..
