quick ?? assembly order on door internals??

i had a friend coming over to help me install the 67-71 window regulators in my 72 doors and then we were going to hang them.

i still need to install the locks and all the door latch stuff as its still set up for a 72.

can all the door locks and door latch stuff be installed after the regulators, vent windows and glass have been installed? i dont want to install the regulators just to have to take them out again when i put the other stuff in the doors

put the door lock stuff in first. Too cramped in there with window stuff in there.

is it wise to hang the doors first? or is it easier to install all the regulators and stuff with the doors off the truck?

I have found it easier to do with the door hanging, but that is just my opinion.
