c10 with s10 coils
Does anybody know if I could put a set of v6 s10 coils on my 79 c10?

im guessing it would have a lighter spring rate. the stock coils are aleady too light so for that reason alone i would do it. by a pair of moog springs for 80 bucks

I was going to put 3 inch drop coils for an s10 on it, for about a 5 inch drop, rather than buying spindles and coils.

you can take 1.5 coils off the stock springs, that will give you around 3"

Yeah after reading more I will just get some 3 inch spindles and cut springs. Does anybody know where I can find the cheapest set of spindles?
