VIN Number location
I am replacing the cab on my 71 Cheyenne build. I have a registration; but can't find an actual tag on the cab. Can anyone tell me where it is.

There should be one on the drivers door frame below the lock plates ,and on the frame the numbers are stamped on the top by the steering box

Thanks; I plan to part out the rest of the old cab and didn't want to miss any I.D tags. I've read alot of the threads on here and learned lots of little tricks to make the most of my garage time.
