Gas Mileage Question for LO5 Motor...

What should the LO5 Motor get for gas mileage? We have that motor in our 91 Chevy G20 (3/4 ton Van Conversion), and we're currently getting 15mpg on the freeway. (Cruising @ 75mph the entire time)
We're the original owners and the motor is 100% stock. We haven't changed the OČ Sensor, PCV Valve, or EGR Valve yet. Would changing out those three things make a difference? It's got 161k miles on it.
BTW: I know this is in the wrong forum, but I posted in the RIGHT forum, and no one responded, so I figured I'd ask you guys.
