Glove box door question - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Did they ever make a lockable glove box door? I swear I have seen them before, but can't remember if it was from one of our trucks.

I have a K/5 with the top off and I'm really paranoid that someone will dig in my glove box and take my info.

Yes locking glovebox was an option.

You can purchase a set of locks for your truck and the doors, ignition, and the glovebox will all use the same key to open.

Hey I got a key question, is the same key as the ignition and doors supposed to work for the hatch lock?

on stock factory they where made the same key code on the tumblers

GMC= Got More Class! 1970 GMC LWB, Fleetside, 350/4spd, Flowmaster "40's", 2002 GMC 16" Rallies, cowl hood,and added a bunch of options that weren't there when I started.
