Found a very rough shape truck on ebay..... what do you guys think? Looks to me like he bent everything up on the fenders so the tires would clear. Heres the link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2419761211

I've seen this before....they cut out the fender, and then pop rivet on" flares " to keep the mud down. He actually attempted to " blend " them in! Could be a good truck, with some sheet metal, and a lift kit!

Is that that propane tank sitting on the passenger's side floor?

It's sure a hack job. It would be fun to thrash around in though!

on board air is usually a system run by the engine that can be used on the trail to use power tools or air up a tire

yeah it kinda looks like rhino lining on the surface. i bet that took forever to cover. but now it appears to be not a very well thought idea since he says its peeling in some spots, oh well

man if i had the money and the time i'd buy that in a heart beat. cut off those but ugly flares and put on some cut out flares. then beat the sh!t out off it 4 wheeling. cut out the bed floor and put in steel grating, move the rad to the bed. fuel cell in back. roll cage, and about 4 inches more of lift and that would be a mud pit monster.

Yep....for the right price....it just might be a FUN toy.....to play with...experiment....If I could get it for $500...and pay about the same in shipping...I might just BID on it...heheheh

that auction would be worth it just for the dana 60 and 70 axles, then all the other stuff (350/350/205, etc) would be a bonus
