Are the backing plates and drums the same on. 3/4 ton 2 or 4 wheel drive trucks with eatin rears?

I can say 100% but I would say yes because as far as I know they didnt have a different rear between the 2. You can also use the backing plate and brake system off of a 14 bolt ff. I will look for the thread on that topic
