coolant temperature sensor

hi guys i have a 2000 chev 1 ton truck and it has been throwing some codes but the engine light comes and goes but the first code i had was P0117B coolant temperature sensor circuit low voltage on my scan tool i looked at the voltage of the coolant temperature sensor when the engine was cold temperature 54F
and the voltage was 2.75 when the engine was started after 15 minutes the voltage was 3.22 volts and temperature of 140F does anybody know the spec of the coolant temperature sensor on this truck its a 2000 chev 1 ton 4x4 454 engine
