It likely has a few surprises and the usual problems but if you like yellow trucks with four headlights, this may be a decent price.

I've had guys around here tell me that their engineless hulks are worth almost that much.
I like it that he showed and described the bad spots. Gives a potential buyer the feeling he could buy it, drive it for a season and then start doing the needed repairs and changes.
