Bolting torque converter to flexplate, which mounting hole should I use?

Okay so I'm bolting my torque converter and flexplate together and each mounting tab(3) on the torque converter has two holes to run the bolt through, an upper and a lower hole. My question is which hole should I use? Is one better than the other? Like strength wise, or does it even matter?

Which ever ones line up,dual bolt pattern is probly so the converter will fit the 168 tooth flywheel or the 153 tooth flywheel also its possible the converter can be dual drilled for chevy or buick/old/pont

Both holes actually line up with the holes in the flexplate. It's just a matter of choosing which hole on the tc tabs to use. Not doing it now, but will probably go with upper hole. Just looks stronger.

I would use the inner hole if possible.
