99' tahoe rear end on 73' c10

First off gents (and ladies) I apologize in advance if this is found else where on the site. If you can direct me I'd kindly appreciate it... After doing multiple searches here and else where I am at my wits end....

I have a 73' c10 half ton chassis that I have mounted an earlier year Chevy on. I recently purchased a 99' tahoe differential(rear end) that is geared 3.73 POSI with drum brakes. The orig. brake line(rubber brake line) was cut on the 73' as it was on the Tahoe's rear end.

How do I marry these two so the I have brake fluid flowing to my "new" rear end?

Do I need to buy a whole new set up? Or.....??? Pics that follow kinda give you and idea of the set up but not the actual brake lines....location etc. Fyi the first pic is of Tahoe rear end on truck, 2nd is tahoe R.E. before install, and 3rd pic is original R.E.....

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated....
