Insurance checks are cut, but the wait for arrival is makein me crazy. Gettin up at 05 tomorrow and headin for SC with downpayment money in hand in case this 1965 is still both available and as good as the photos. If so, I'll post back up a Welcome for NEW JOHN LEE. Fingers crossed, if its ment to be it'll still be available and as nice as its touted.

Mee too...no sleep tonight I'm sure. Couldn't get a promise to hold it till I could get there Sat and its too late tonight to call the shop so I'm gonna roll and keep my fingers crossed. At least we got far enough along to each communicate clearly that we were on the same sheet for price based on description.

Yes. $4400 cash and I kept Ol John Lee for $250. He's home in the garage.

I bought it. That I6 is stout lika 8000rpm singer sewer. Fixin titles and gettin tires. Should be headin back to drive it home inna week or so. Some more pics tonight.
