That sucks, Insurance should get you something for it. Hope you can find a replacement.

Yeah sometimes you need some bad times though because they make you appreciate the good ones.

Re: hobby and dream shatterd
Darned shame that happened to your car.
Same happened to my minivan a few years ago. Happened in the middle of the night and the driver was never caught. I know who did it as I found parts of his Nissan truck in the roadway nearby but the lazy no good for nothing police would not even go to his house to check his vehicle out. His truck was totaled though and even though we could follow a stream of oil and antifreeze to his garage (he lives a few doors down the street), the cops would still not do anything. Saw him driving that truck a year later with a rainbow of junk yard used parts on the front end. He knew that I knew it was him. Couldn't do a darned thing and the insurance ripped me off. One of life's tough lessons. I am glad you were not hurt though. I hope you can get a nice replacement.

Re: hobby and dream shatterd
Glad to hear it. It sucks to have to go through it, but be patient and maybe you will find something bigger and better.

Practice makes perfect Good luck on your hunt. Should have bought it back for a drivetrain swap, or sold it to me on the cheap

Re: hobby and dream shatterd
man, sorry to hear about that Jester, I am glad no one was hurt. Vehicles can be replaced, but no people.
My daughter lives in Abilene, just saying.
