does any one have some pic. when this truck was first done i know it 's been wreck now but i would love to see it as it was when it was first done

Bummer

Alot of work gone to waste there. Shaved drip rails, gutters, door handles. Totaled cab & probably frame. What happened ??

1970 K25, 8' stepside bed 350/465/205 44 up front, 60 in the rear 4.10s rolling on 33" Dunlop MTs
1986 K5, 350/465/208 Dana 60/14 bolt from a cucv 36" Super Swampers TSL/SX
1983 K20 w/ CUCV axles, 350/700R4/208 sitting on 37" Goodyears
1986 M1031 6.2 diesel, TH400/NP205 locker in the rear and a LS in the front, all stock for now.....
1986 K30, 350/400/205 dana 60 and 14 bolt. I kept the drivetrain. Body/bad and chassis are gone.
1981 K30, 350/465/205 dana 60 and dually 14 bolt. Has a G80, and a flat bed. Going to replace the flat bed.

1985 K20, 350/400/208 10 bolt and SF 14 bolt. I wonder where I can find some 1 tons. Hmmmmm

i still have the original issue of sport truck on the build up, and will try to dig it up. i saw it at state fair park in '94 during it's first show tour and knew i had to have a 67-72.

That truck was truely awesome, but could it actually cost $90K to duplicate that, I tried adding things up with overages and even being done by outside sources and my number doesn't reach half that. $36K in the motor! You can transplant a Ferrari V-12 cheaper than that!!!!

I agree with Mark....unfortunate, yes, but 90K? I seriously think not. If I had 90K in the bank I could do a near NOS rebuild on a '70 Super Bird with $$ to spare. It still sucks though I can see selling it out of pure disgust and heartbreak..I probably would too.

Im just trying to to figure out how somone hits a truck like that??
what are they going to say they by some freak way did not see it or something? I mean really how could you not see it?
although 90k sounds kinda high that is still one of the nicest trucks that was ever built
