12 Bolt Rear End w/3.73
I have both a Narrow (pre '70) and a wide (>'70) 12 bolt 3.73, (sorry no posi), with 6 lug axles.
If you need/want 5 lugs, I recently saw a set on eBay for $40. I have done this and it is about a 10 minute swap! $175 or $325 takes them both, if someone wanted it shipped I can get it on a pallet. Last edited by BAT; 05-05-2013 at 09:29 AM. |

Actually I now have 1 of each, I bought the second one because I was told it had a 4.11 gear in it and it turns out that it too was a 3.73. The narrow one has also been cleaned and painted, the wider one has the original patina.

If going to a commercial address assuming no lift gate is needed and based on an approximate weight of 175#s (I would need to actually weigh it), it looks to be around $157. I would be willing to put it on a skid if you wanted to set up your own shipping.

I would be interested in one to replace a coil spring Eaton rear in a 69 3/4 ton. I think I was told that the later years would bolt in to my trailing arms. Not sure about the panhard. Would need it shipped to 35244. Send me a pm if you can and let's see if one of these will work.
