Plug and Play LED's

Anyone use these LED's and get them to work?

Mine work until I turn my headlights on. Then no blinkers.

I am going to give them a shot too. I'll let you know if I have a similar outcome. I wish us both luck..

Just for grins, check your grounds.

Re: Plug and Play LED's

I had the same problem with my wife's 66 mustang. Never could get the damn things sorted out. Ended up sending them back and getting a refund. I tried different no-load flashers, cleaning grounds and all kinds of other crap. No luck.

Hope you get it sorted. Just a note. They weren't from the same vendor that is advertising on this board.

LMC truck. But let me see if I can get them to work first. They are not working correctly. When I turn on my headlight they won't flash.

Don't you have to swap to an electronic flasher?

Re: Plug and Play LED's

LED lights dont not pull as much current as a regular bulb therefore the flasher does need to be changed to flash properly unless the set up has a bult in resistor to draw more current. I had LED's on my motorcycle and had to add resistance because they blinked REALLY fast. LED's also have a polarity that must be followed. Current only runs through them one direction as with most diodes (LED- Light Emmitting Diode) Good luck

I have the rears (plug and play type) and they work fine. But maybe the combined front and rear change that.

BUT, they work fine until I turn the head lights on. They don't flash at all.
