Porterbuilt hinge question

I installed my Porterbuilt hinges good quality stuff.. All my lines look good only problem is the rear of tje hood is up a little.. When I install the shocks the rear is up even more.. Seems like the shocks pull the lines out of wack also.. Odds are its something I did concerning install just wondering how to fix..
