Floor Pan Replacement

I want to enjoy my new project for the summer and keep saving for a rebuild. Replacing the gas tank and pulled up the floor mats. I want to replace a small section of floor pan on the driver side. Anyone have any opinions on the quality of LMC or Eckler's floor pans? I'm open to any opinions or suggestions. Thanks.

Re: Floor Pan Replacement

I got mine from Classic Parts, and they were decent. Passenger side needed some persuasion, but drivers side fit well.

I got other panels from them as well and some from Early Classic Enterprises.

Almost everything I have ordered from LMC has been crap. And I despise the packing peanuts they use.

I've ordered from Eckler's, but not repair panels.

Re: Floor Pan Replacement

Any of the BB vendors should be able to hook you up.Most sell only the best quality available and have installed one or two so they can probably give you good CS also.

Re: Floor Pan Replacement

Who is a BB Vendor? New to the forums and unsure what you meant. I will figure it out eventually this board rocks.

Re: Floor Pan Replacement

I tried Goodmark replacement pannels and did not have much luck with the floor panels. The bends did not mach the factory ones and after several wasted hours of cutting and reshaping we decided to cut the floor out of a wrecked cab. Hope this helps.
