okay well i dont have brakes

I was getting ready to head to work, so I warm up the truck, get in it, pressed on the brake and that thing went down easy... I pumped it like 3-4 times and it for hard, so I moved it up the driveway, like 40ft and press on the brake it did the same thing had to keep pumping it to stop it,
I think it has a JB1 brake system, manual brakes, disk front drum rear, checked the rear wheels and drums to check for leakage, but found nothing... The original master cylinder is leaking around the top

So I'm going to go to autozone and order a new master cylinder, I guess my question would be how do I go on and replace the master cylindser, I think I have to bench bleed the new one correct, any tips for a rookie?
Thanks

yeah you will have to bench bleed the new one. I just did this recently and it is a pretty simple task. Just make sure you dont strip the nuts on hard lines.

Any special tools needed to bench bleed the master?
To take it off master cylinder just remove the 2 bolts in the engine bay correct? Or is their something holding it on in the cab?

that's pretty much it. If you don't have a vise to bench bleed the master on, bolt it on the truck, and then bleed it before you put the lines on.

Cool I guess when I get home, I will start spraying some liquid wrench or wd40 on the bolts so it won't give me so much trouble tomorrow lol thanks guys
