Vacuum source

I have a 72 c10 with a 350 engine and I recently rebuilt the truck. When we put it back together, we seem to not have any vacuum on the heater control valve. I have replaced the vacuum hoses and the tees, but I am not sure that I have correctly plugged into the truck's vacuum source. Can someone please tell me where the source originates? I replaced the exhaust with headers.

Thanks
