Seat and console information
I just put back together my seats and console to get an upholstery estimate. Took a pic to show how 99 and possibly other years deluxe bucket seats from a Silverado fit in a 55. The console is from a late 90's to 2000's Ford Windstar. I used the stock seat rails with some mods to fit them to the stock mounting holes and the console took nothing more than welding some nuts in the floor to attach the base. The seat track mods lowered the seats a little which was perfect for the chopped top and the seat backs don't stick above the rear window with the headrests removed. Not the most fancy look but $90 for the seats and $10 for the console from the pick a part can take you a long ways with only a little modification. I'll be taking them back out in a day or so to complete the interior wiring befor I give it to the upholstery guy if anyone wants more detailed pictures.

Re: Seat and console information
Nice setup! We run a 98 Astrovan 2nd row bench in ours. has a nice flip down console with cupholders, and fit's perfectly in an AD cab (probably a 2nd series as well). It is also very comfortable! Here'a a pic.

Re: Seat and console information
This shows mine. 07 Yukon third row, comes with 3 sets of belts. No console, I made some cup holders in front and in a pinch can have the center child hold my beer like I did for my uncle in his 55 buick. I mounted them a little higher because I am relatively short.

Re: Seat and console information
I'll get some shots when I take it apart next week. The beauty of this little guy is the scallops on the sides are a perfect match for the sides of the Silverado seats, allowing it to fit in a small space.
