wheel clips ?

Where can i find the center cap clips that hold the small center caps on?

Stock steel wheels. Pardon the description, there are holes in the wheels between the lugs same on my 53 bel air. Sorry cant post pics. I want to put the small caps on my wheels but no clips. Without removing the bel air (parts car)wheels , it looks like they are riveted on.
