parking brake
my parking brake pedal is tied up right now and ive seen several other trucks that are the same way. what do you think is wrong with it?

You can try adjusting the cable if it doesnt seem to work. But On my 86 work truck the brakes themselves have problems though idk what exactly and I had to tie it up to keep the light off. it just falls down.

i untied it and it just fell down. im guessing theres a spring in the pedal assembly that may have broke or something. i dont really know anything about parking brakes.

yeah same here. I`m sure someone around here has fixed it. i never tried myself seeing it is a working truck.
