69 c10 swb with 2 inch drop front 4 inch drop rear

I don't understand what it is that some you guys have said about the rear of he truck being off center with a 4 inch drop and needing to relocate the shocks and get an adjustable sway bar. Can someone please explain it to me. And is there anyone tht has a 2/4 and did not need to do anything else other than the coil springs in the rear

Thank you
