Door Problem

i am in the process of installing power windows on my 82 c10, i got some power doors off a suburban im not sure what year it was. here is my problem, after i installed the new doors i also had to replace the top hinge on the drive side, well now the door it seems like to far forward and it wont even close b/c the striker and lock deal don't line up its about 1/2" off how do i make that kinda of adjustment?
