Need help on exhaust manifolds, bolt size help

On the drivers side I have everything loose but the air line that runs into the manifold and there is a small bolt in the middle of the manifold that is smaller than a 5/16 and slighty larger than a 8mm??

the 8mm feels about right but it slipped twice so I just stopped and a 7mm won't fit so I'm clueless?

I took my time with kroil and all and everything so far was easy nothing broke yet and I want to keep it that way!

also what size wrench do I need where that air line screws into the manifold it's an odd size too!

thanks for any help

Re: Need help on exhaust manifolds, bolt size help

need help on this guys I have no clue what size wrench is needed for that air pump line or that bolt I think the bolt is an 8mm rusted down a bit but the part I need a wrench on nothing fits a 15/16" is a little too big.

also where hte air ling runs to the back of the block theres a connection there you have to break loose and same thing odd sizes tried it with crescents no luck.

Sounds like it might be 9/32" ( = slightly smaller than 5/16").

heat it with a torch and hit it with a hammer/bar to make it a bigger size then pound down the socket on it so it's nice and tight.
