Brake light chrome trim

I have an 84 c10 and I took off the chrome trimming on the brake lights but now I'm left with an empty space all around the lights. Do you guys know a place where I can get the brake lights tht don't have the trimming?

Re: Brake light chrome trim

I don't think so.

I believe the red molded part is common for all; custom delux comes without the chrome trim and Scottsdale/Silverado use the same lens with the chrome added.

Re: Brake light chrome trim

what about just painting it the same color as the truck?

Re: Brake light chrome trim

That is normal. There isn't a different molded part for the "standard" vs. "deluxe" with the chrome trim.
