One thing though, now everyone is going to know about these vehicles what we all have known for ever. The prices will be going up on wrecks because of the article!

I'd love to have an old Blazer. A guy on the next road over from me has 3 of them sitting under an awning. I keep hoping to see somebody outside when I go by so I can stop and try to buy one.....LOL

Yeah, 3 of them and 1 pickup stashed under an awning next to the barn. I haven't seen any of them move, and the Blazer in front has a flat tire. No telling how long he has been collecting. Might even be a member here.

I actually don't dare. If the price was right I would have to bring it home, and then I would be sleeping in it after the wife throws me out.

That one sold for $88,000 at Barrett Jackson in January according to the article.

Dude! Fj40's are getting super hard to find in good shape and the replacement parts are hard to get ahold of. I just did some work on one for a guy who ended up selling it. It was a complete rust bucket that had been all hacked up for a mud toy and it sold for $7500. I know its crazy but its true!

Their prices are off. I can't believe that a wagoneer or a scout are worth more than a first gen Blazer (assuming they are in comparable condition).
