how about some pics of '73-87 duallys?

Show off your square body dually! Rusty parts trucks, new to you basket case, farm haulers, daily drivers, and restorations are welcome!

That thing is sweet! How much did it set you back? I love the dual exhaust and that grill! That is an aggressive look. What's the story on it?

A person I work with needed some money and no longer needed the truck so I got what I was told was a '75 C-30 dually with an engine and transmission with less than 200 miles on it with only one small spot of rust.

I looked it over and found what I expected rust wise. The cab corners and rockers had been replaced previously.

It started and ran so I figured it was well worth the $1000 asked.

After I got it home I have discovered a few things, it has '77 doors and at least a '77 bed. The engine is a '73 350 that was running hot and has a intermittent knock after it warms up.

The transmission is a New Process 435.

At some point a lot of work was done on the truck. I figure at some time in the past before the previous owner got it, it was put together from several other trucks.

I am going to fix it up and use it for towing and hauling stuff and fix it up along the way.
