Steering wheel nut size/thread????

I have a 1968 C10 and I need to find a steering wheel nut. Anyone know the thread size? looks to be fine thread. For reference its the big nut shown in the picture below.

Pretty sure they are 1/2"x20 thread.

Just go to a parts yard and grab a nut and washer or the dealer. The service part nut backfits to like 1938 and I am not sure how far forward it ran but it has to be at least 1988. A lug nut may not have the right shape to seat properly.
