Rear Seat, Seatbelt bolt/assembly question

I had my seats redone and one of the bolts was changed out and it no longer holds the belts properly. I was wondering if anyone knew if this bolt was similar to something mid70's or early 80's that I could find in my local pull-it-myself yard?

Next. The center position. Which side does the male/female end of the belt go on to be authentically correct?
