5/5 drop 83 C10 SWB for sale in CT

Parting ways with my 83 C10 shortbed. It has a fresh DJM suspension spindle/coil springs up front and a DJM flip kit out back. Also the entire front suspension has a fresh rebuild on it with less than 500 miles. Its got a 305 (120k i think?) with K&N extreme top open element air filter, headers, 2.5" mandrel bent exhuast w/ dynomax ultra flow mufflers. runs good but has a leak somewhere. ive always just parked it over a drip pan and its been fine. 700r4 tranny slips between 1-2 when left in drive but shifts pretty good when gears are manually selected. could probably go another 6 months before really needing a rebuild. Body has usual dings and dents for a 20 year old truck and is 99% rust free. the only rust is a little surface stuff on the drivers side door sill. no rot to speak of. windshield has a crack but is still intact.....

heres some pics i just took this morning.

car is located in milford, CT 06460

make offer

i used it as a daily driver for almost a year with no problems. the only reason i parked it/decided to sell was that i bought a 92 camaro. i dont see why it wouldnt make it down there.

That would be a sweet truck to rebuild/customize. Is that original paint? Man i wish it was in Canada, or even closer.

Jon, knowing how rare it is to find rust free anywhere on the east coast I have to believe that with the growing popularity of these trucks as hot rods that even a cheap ad in a local paper would sell that truck for you. Ask $900 . If I wearn't going on vaca soon I would add that one to my colloection in a heatbeat(pun) . DAVE
