retrofiting a square to one key
Does anyone know if there is a kit or something that one can get that will retrofit our trucks so that you have one key like the newer GM vehicles have?

you wouldn't happen to have pictures or maybe what the key looks like would you, I an thinking of swapping to one key ore maybe even going to keyless ignition from autoloc.

Re: retrofiting a square to one key
you can actually take your key cylinders and have them keyed by a locksmith to match your ignition key or you can have the ignition keyed to your lock cylinders

Re: retrofiting a square to one key
Just a basic square GM key. The kit included a new ignition lock cylinder and 2 door locks. Nothing fancy really, just new stuff using the same key for all.

Here is a link to GMCPauls web site. The set with a single key is part number 1171890, $28.00.
