What are these wires going to Saginaw

Hi all,

I'm swapping from a 4 speed granny to a th350 and am wondering what these two green wires are that run from fuse block to the old manual transmission and if they need to be routed somewhere else after the swap is done.

Hopefully pictures upload :-)

Re: What are these wires going to Saginaw

Would this wire up to one of the four terminals near the fire wall on my auto steering column now that the manual trans is gone?

Thanks,

Jeff

Yes. you can hook them to the back-up light section of the switch on the column. The other 2 terms are neutral switch.

Sweet, thank you.

Will need to research the neutral safety soon. Have a 4 and 6 year old that love playing in the truck. I never leave the keys in it, but would hate to forget and leave the keys in.
