removing leaf springs from my 67 swb question
I am wondering if my 67 gm short bed really needs all those leaves? This is what came from stock on it with a dana 44 rear diff. Can i remove some of these without changing the stock height but help the rough ride? if so which ones can/should i remove? i cant remove the top three i guess cause they are strapped and rivited together. Rod.

Re: removing leaf springs from my 67 swb question
I removed 2 of the overload springs which softened the ride, but it did lower it a bit. You could always use blocks to adjust for height if you decide the rear sits too low
