replacing inner cowl

My inner cowl is rusted bad on my 71.i seen they sell replacements.... question. is hard hard is it to replace and how the hell do i get it off?

Expect the worse----hope for the best!
On mine, we ended up cutting the entire A post (hinge post) out on both sides, I bought another cab for parts and welded in the post and cowl sections about 18" over.

IF it comes to that, be sure and brace the upper post (windshielod frame) as well as brace it side to side and front to back, "a little off" is a big deal.
