What was the approximate curb weight of a 1971 Chevrolet C-10 pick-up truck with: a 350 V-8, TH-350 automatic trans, 2WD, long bed, 6-lug wheels, leaf-spring rear suspension, A/C, etc.?

Interesting. Where did you find these numbers?

I am curious about the radio weight though -7# in front and 2# in rear.

Simple. The radio weighs 9 pounds and is installed behind the front axle. The weight is dispersed between the front and rear, biased towards the front.

I think he is referring to the fact that it is -7# (negative) on the front axle meaning the front end gets lighter. It looks like its probably a typo and it should be 7# on the front and 2 on the rear.

Good information ... thanks. So, in short a typical '71-'72 weighs around 4,100 lbs.

Now I am curious to weigh my truck as I have installed a host of aluminum items including: cylinder heads, intake manifold, water pump, and radiator.

Its not a typo. There are limitations with the WYSIWYG standard editor.
You can't just use spaces and get things to wrap properly. The only negative value is the step bumper unloading the front axle by -27lb.
