help with x-member
Putting my cross member back together but I haven't a clue what the the bolts should look like as far as size and placement. Any help and pictures are welcomed
ALSO the mount engine brackets on the cross member has two sets of mounting points which ones do I use 86 SWB 350/350 Posted via Mobile Device |

The clam shells use 3/8 x 1" bolts (3 each mount) and the crossmember should also be same bolts. (8 total on crossmember and top of frame)

3/8" x 1.25" would prob be better on the x-member to frame rails to allow washers & full thread engagement.

The bolts on the frame rail to crossmember are 9/16. Motor mounts use 3/8.
