you guys with bags

u guys that have air bags when you bags are deflaed do your lower control arms hit the floor if so can you show pix

Mine do and I have about 40 psi left in the bags once they hit.


That’s the only pic I can find of the LCA’s laid out and that’s with 15x8’s w/ 275/60/15’s.


That’s a pic of the damage my wife did when she took the truck up to her job to show her friends, didn’t even make it out of parking spot to leave our apt and didn’t realize the truck was laid out.

Yep, they drag. The control arm pivot point is the lowest part of these trucks...

oh yeah that sux 5-8 those scratches in the ground did it damage your arms

You can raise the front crossmember to aleviate the problem and I will be doing that once I have time/$$.

I welded skids to the bottom of the crossmember so that my arms would not hit. They sit about 1/2" off the ground. The asphalt takes a toll on them after several times.
