looking for Quality oem after market parts...please help!!!

I am needing a good source for after market parts. Where do you guys order great parts from.
So far the few parts I have gotten from LMC have not fit and are cheap like my back up light assemblys I got today very cheap and worse yet bulbs will not turn inside them the retaing groves are to deep.

My local shop bowtie bits is always out of the part I need and can never get a date it will be in stock they say call in a few weeks and when I do they tell me they sold out 20 mins before I called.
Worse yet there store hrs change at will.

Who has good quality parts. Please help.
I'm looking for back up lamp assembelys
Thanks guys I need a good source

Classic Parts of America has been good with all the parts that i've ordered through them. Pretty good prices too.

I totally agree on NOT using Bowtie Bits for your parts purchases. I tried him several years ago and every time I was in for parts he acted like he was doing my such a favor to even help or look up a part. Really needs to work on his people skills in my opiniion. Would have to agree on Wes from Classic Heartbeat, GMC Paul and I have also used Classic Industries located in Ok City south of us.

I'm some what local to you just down the road south in Wellington.

You never said what parts you are looking for. It's too broad of a question to answer. I get parts from different sources depending on what it is and who has the best.

Get good used OEM parts whenever possible, reverse light housings with pigtails are plentiful. There are plenty of us that part out these trucks, and you can support the US economy rather than a foreign country.

Re: looking for Quality oem after market parts...please help!!!

Fixed the part. I just drilled out the old back up light socket and bought a socket and placed it in its spot. Cost 5 bucks from the parts store. Now I find out my reverse switch in my brand new hurst is bad...lol
